Our story
Engineering experience since 2007.
HL Civils was founded by civil engineer Hendri du Toit in 2007 after he had spent almost a decade developing his experience on major projects across the UK.
After settling in Suffolk, Hendri established a company built around professionalism, trust and personal accountability. HL Civils has since grown into an established civil engineering contractor. Across Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire & at other complex installations throughout the UK
